This page deletes the XLPostcards account (by XLPostcards on Google Play) associated with your email address. To confirm you own the account, we'll email you a one-time code.

What is deleted immediately:

• Your sign-in access and session tokens
• Your credit balance — any remaining postcard credits are forfeited and cannot be restored
• Your postcard images (photos, messages) stored on our image service
• The link between your email address and past orders (records are anonymized)

What is kept: anonymized purchase and mailing records (no email attached) are retained indefinitely for financial and legal record-keeping, and our print partner retains its own fulfillment records for cards already mailed. Payment card details are held by Stripe, not by us. Your saved recipients and photos live only on your device and are removed by uninstalling the app.
